Octagon Addition

Additional space was required for the Kitchen/Dining Room on this existing 26’ x 42’ bungalow. The owners requested we design them an octagon shaped addition with cathedral ceiling. Additional space was also gained on the basement level.

"By The Sea"

The owner’s existing ocean front cottage was beyond repairs. We were engaged to design him a new 2,000 SF cottage with two bedrooms, large kitchen/dining room, games room, and great room overlooking the ocean. All with in floor heating.

New Residence

This new 1,900 square foot home contains two bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite bath, large bathroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry on the main level, and large 390 SF living room.

The Tea Brewery

This 1436 square foot speciality tea store with upstairs living quarters was constructed in Mahone Bay, N.S.
Special consideration was required to design a building to suit the bylaws of this heritage town.

Chester Building Supplies

6,400 square feet of retail space was added to the existing building supplies store with a 6,400 square foot storage basement, and offices/meeting room on the upper floor.

Dining Room Addition

This existing cape cod home received extensive repairs and renovations to the interior and exterior. Some of the major changes were addition of a new dining room, new covered porch, and a wrap around wood deck.

"The Studio"

This building was designed to house a massage therapy business on the lower level and a legal office on the upper. Important features are a walk out deck on the upper level, and deck with hot tub on the lower level.
